Sunday Long Run

Where: Will be posted around Tuesday each week.

Tuesday Track       (Interval Workout)
Where: College Park High School track
Time: 7:00 - 8:00 pm.

Wednesday Track       (Interval Workout)
Where: The Woodlands High School (turn into the school at Millenium Forest Drive)
Time: 7:00 - 8:00 pm.

Thursday Run       (4 - 6 miles)
Where: Luke's Locker (the north side of "Market Street")
Time: 6:15pm

Saturday "Trail" Run       (bring your own fluids - none available on the trail)

Where: Jones State Park (park your car at the pond on 1488)

Where: Primarily Shadowbend Park. Location varies occasionally.
